SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are handled with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 days. Processing takes place any day of the week, including weekends — however, dispatch and carrier collection typically occurs on business days.
PRODUCTION TIME
All products are custom-made or individually prepared before dispatch. Please allow 3–10 business days of production time before your order is shipped. This is in addition to the delivery time shown at checkout.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship internationally and deliver to most countries worldwide.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Express Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 weeks
Please note: Orders containing batteries may experience extended transit times. Batteries are classified as hazardous goods under international transport regulations and are subject to additional handling, carrier restrictions, and customs procedures. Delivery windows for battery orders are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery times may also vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location, shipping method, and order size.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees are included. Nothing extra will be charged upon delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. Please note that some shipping methods and destinations may not include full end-to-end tracking updates. Tracking may not update in real time during international transit, particularly for battery shipments subject to special handling.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Extended transit times, particularly for international battery shipments, do not qualify as grounds for a refund or dispute.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier or postal service directly to open an investigation.
If a package is marked as lost by the carrier before delivery, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Redelivery or reshipping costs in such cases are the customer's responsibility.
